Plot
It follows a group of military superhumans consisting of a human leader, a werewolf, a vampire, a Frankenstein’s monster, and a gorgon. When he became CEO of DC Studios, Gunn himself gave the green light to the project. Writer and series creator James Gunn appears in the opening credits with a laptop and typing up a script. .

universe is promising and a welcome sight
The story takes care of the characters, and the animation is top-notch. Speaking of animation: the new “Tomorrow-verse” animation looked very cheap and flat, with no life in the animation style or storytelling. D.C. AU set the standard for quality comic book animation with great stories like “Under the Red Hood,” “Justice League: Dark” and “Superman: Doomsday.” I collected all the animated films of that era and was not interested in The Tomorrow Verse because of the sloppy script and sloppy animation.
The art style is fun and lively and well drawn
But “Creature Commandos” is a return to the old form of quality animation. I already care about the characters and the story is interesting. James Gunn is off to a good start in this universe and his upcoming projects are highly anticipated. The new Superman movie is definitely on my watch list.
